Climber for a shady wall, growing to twenty feet. It will self cling if growing strongly, so give it a good feed annually

Yes it is. It's easy to keep under control as well. It's growing on the side of my garage, and I cut it back to six feet every year and just let it grow for the rest of the season. It clings using aerial roots like ivy, so is easy to detach (I use a half moon lawn edging tool to do this)

Very pretty flowers on this, it sounds like something I’d like to try - along a fence which has a lot of shade. The leaves are very attractive too. Is it evergreen by any chance?
