Grew this from a seed two years ago its been in a cold frame all winter (about two feet tall) so i have chanced it and put into the garden by my shed.Hope its a Meyer variety as they are the most frost hardy although could be a Lisbon ,but see what happens lol.(if not i have back ups waiting ) :)

Thanks both Kate and Khla,a mexican lime sounds interesting.Ime covering it occasionally as we have had the odd frost but it will hopefully settle in and be a bit more robust......fingers crossed . :)

I’ll keep everything crossed for you! It has very pretty coloured leaves also, lemony green, very apt.
