I'm in the US and here it's called Dancing Bones, Drunkard's Dream Plant., Spice Cactus or Hatiora Salicornioides. It's a cactus and does a little skeleton dance when the wind blows.

Now you've said its a cactus it becomes clearer. Its a bit like a rhipsalis with all those funny little jointed stems. That's a fine handful of names Paul has given you to choose from!
(Just looked it up and it is indeed one of the Rhipsalis familyof cacti)

Yes, I remember this plant from last year. It would be ideal for a hanging basket. The leaves would cascade down to the floor.
