avacado from seed

Finally got some avocado's to germinate,tried the cocktail sticks and water without success ,then scarified the seed and planted in 50/50 perlite compost on the 3 Feb,.
Had given up on it then they popped up on the 20 June (lucky me).Since then it has grown well ,will keep out til the first frost later in the year then bring inside to the annexe for the winter.
