Acer ‘Sango kako’

Ah…I thought it was an acer, Dan. It’s an absolutely beautiful one too! Such vibrant colour!

It’s gone to it’s autumnal colours and I’m not sure why!

It is, nextdoors is completely green still! So not sure what’s happening. None of my others are in their autumnal colour yet either..

Kate, the acer lost its leaves and the stem has started to rot. So that tree has now sadly expired.

Oh what a real shame, Dan!!!! Wonder what happened? It was such a pretty acer too….are you planning to replace it with another?

I am! But maybe not in that spot, I’m considering taking the decking all the way to the pond edge!
