Sorry to hear that. Mine looks like it wants to take over the flowerbed but I daren't cut it back as I honestly don’t know much about the plant like when to cut it etc. I hope yours perks up :) they are lovely.

My OH and I fall out about this. He is happy to have it springing up everywhere. I like a bit of it...
Same with pulmonaria - and oxlips..

Definitely:) Talking of structural plants Meadowland I really like, is it Lynchis coronaria I think it’s called.

Who wins is what I want to know Ange lol. I think I have that Pulmonaria, never seen the Oxlips one though, that I know of anyway.

If you don't want lots of seedlings then dead head them after flowering. In the autumn or early spring you can lift and split them. they will need plenty of water to get settled in.

I have several of these and I love them.

Thank you Seaburngirl, I don’t think I’d have plants left if this seeded everywhere it’s very greedy on space lol.

I’ll try find it’s common name Meadowland I’m not 100% I think it’s like a cerise pink colour.

That sounds like Lynchnis coronaria and has many common names, rose campion, dusty miller being 2 that are commonly used around here. there is a nice white form then the ones that have been 'tweaked' and are sought after. such as 'oculata'. There is a magenta double, 'Gardeners World'.
