I cut it hard back last spring and it’s finally flowering again! Gorgeous pale lavender blooms.

Good grief, I remember that Hebe when it grew in a raised bed in my garden some years ago! Raised bed is no more as a little summerhouse is now there and the Hebe didn't take kindly to being moved ...:o(
