Hibiscus syriacus 'Oiseau_Bleu'

Hibiscus syriacus 'Oiseau_Bleu' (Hibiscus syriacus 'Oiseau Bleu')

This shrub grows very slowly, but does flower well in spite of its size after three years in the garden.

Do these prefer shade Spritz? They look so delicate almost papery blooms and lovely colours?

No - it's in my sunniest border, but I'll just check in my RHS book....yes, it says grow in sun. There are several I'd love to grow - 'Woodbridge' - deep pink, and 'Lady Stanley' a white double with a maroon centre for a start! Oh dear. Maybe when the large Juniper tree goes I might fit another one in.
