We have made up for a very dry spring-summer with an extremely wet autumn. Last week the field behind our house was quite a sight with a very flooded burn, and several impromptu streams and ponds! Its receded a bit now. Carnoustie’s famous golf course was more of a boating pond!

Karen, Michael has a cousin living in Edinburgh so I often check on the weather for her area! She lived in Rhodesia for years and hates the cold, wet weather in Scotland ... :o(
