This late-flowering umbellifer was new to me last year. It’s a superstar. It flowers late with the most beautiful ferny cut foliage and the flowers last a very long time. In the autumn the leaves turned golden and now we have gorgeous seed heads. I’ll put one in the next pic for you. It grows to about a metre and is perennial and very hardy. It’s ideal for a shady spot.

Hi Shirley! I bought mine as young plug plants. Only 3 and I can’t recall where from. But this year I’m going to try to increase my stock from my own seed.

Thanks Karen ... I may have to order the seeds as cannot find them on seed stands at the moment.

Karen, I'm afraid that's a site I never visit. I find it over priced on the whole!

Karen, I have just been researching this plant and must say it looks great. Tell me, did you buy it as a plant, or grow it from seed please? I have seen seed for sale in South West Scotland, an on-line nursery that looks wonderful.
