Grapes on a front garden fence in a council housing estate. :) bloomin lovely! Pity we haven’t had much good weather for them this year.

Karen, I am now snipping bunches off to put on the lawn for the birds ... they're usually all gone in a couple of hours.
With hindsight I should have researched the variety (Brandt) before planting it as they're just too sharp for me.

It's strange though, as all the references I have found to 'Brandt' describe it as a sweet grape. Hmm, mine definitely are not too sweet and full of seeds!

I should add….there was a lovely country pub about 5 miles outside Dundee which was covered with grape vine. So you do see them in Scotland actually. But never have I seen them in a domestic front garden.
