Acanthus

I've included this because I'm quite pleased with how well these are growing. My wife and I went on holiday to Madrid in 2005 and I collected some seeds that I found on the footpath in the Madrid Botanical Garden. I thought they were seeds of the trees lining the paths. When I planted them in 2006 up came these Acanthus. They were becoming pot bound so I put them in the new bed in spring 2007. Since then they have all bloomed and I'm hoping for a good crop of seeds. They are in quite the wrong location so sometime soon they will be transplanted.
