Are people allowed to ramble around those old ruins...or are they protected/private?

You can ramble about to your hearts content! It has been reinforced with a little bit of concrete here and there but is completely exposed to the elements .Standing there when it is warm and dry and not blowing a gale the colour of the sky and the sea as you look out to the bay can be gorgeous,
My husband goes out into the valley every day with the dogs.
