This looks centuries old Arlene - close to you ? Wonderful tower unusual to see a round one.

This was take in August when we went to Dublin for my sons Birthday.We hired a car and went to Powerscourt and Glendalough above, (in County Wicklow)-which I believe is about 11th Century-maybe Irish will know.It poured all day and we got very wet but loved it!

my goodness! the stories those stones could tell, aye? coming from a part of the world where roots only go so deep, it causes some Canadians to have an enlarged obsession with extreme antiquity. I count myself with those folk. LOL.
