Yeah and my mac and umbrella!
Used to be in Morpeth all the time as only a few miles from where we lived.
My sister works in one of the doctors surgeries in Morpeth-the water was waist high all their computers ruined!
Love going to Heighleygate

She is ok thank goodness but her and her daughter and son in law spent the evening helping her friend who lives right next to the river move what he could upstairs, She said it went from ankle high to waist high in 40 mins!
I always buy loads of jam and come home with a boot full of plants when we go to Heighleygate,
My father died last year but we used to take him there a lot because he liked the food! He was 87 and in a wheelchair but he used to be quite a gardener-he loved chrysanths and used to have vines covered in grapes in his greenhouse.
I always go up to Warkworth and Alnwick when I can and of course shopping in the toon!
