New spot in the window. I hope there is enough light to keep it going until winter.

They're a good time, just started for me. They seem to like cool shade and damp. You might find a spot, they could survive your winter and be a shrub. Not sure where your wet and shady spot would be....lol.

I didn't think they'd survive my winter. I'm supposed to be zone 5 but I don't guarantee anything above a 3. I have some sheltered 4s that are surviving here. My bird of paradise is house bound forever though. We're definately no Hawaii!! Hee:,

I'm seeing some here that seem to overwinter pretty well. I was thinking it was a little mild there for winter. Not last year, but usually. A little heap of straw around them, they may come through.
