County Fair. These are real roses. They inject the dye into the stems as they grow and it colors the petals. Unusual :)

I recently purchased some rainbow rose seeds and some seeds that make the beautiful blue and black roses. Does anyone know when would be a good time to plant and in what? Maybe I should ask Also how to root them?
