Yes i have a heater. Thermostat i have set at 4F for the Begonias to go down (usually have it set at 5F, but i thought i would try it a bit lower to see if i can save a little electric as it is so unreasonably expensive these days). Thanks for your advice, much appreciated.

Looks as if i have got confused with F & C
It's set at 4 on the thermostat dial, which must be in C (have had it on 5 before)
I try not to let it go below 40F if i can help it, that's where the F's and C's have confused me
