Thanks Joannie & Sandra :) I like it too! I saw this plant at a flower show a while back. They had them in the ground, they looked like stepping stones. I wouldn't dare step on them though!
I hope that I don't kill it... I hear that they don't like to be too wet, so I haven't been watering it all that much. I also transplanted it into a large pot. I heard that you can make new one's from the leaves. We'll see :)

i've tried the leaf cutting thing several time with no luck...but an old man down the road seems to be able to do it , he must have a secret...

Sandra- You'd better take him some cookies and bend his ear, and then get back to us :) I've never seen these in the local nurseries. I paid $4 for this one at the flea market, which I believe was a fair price. Do you know much about this plant? I'm wondering how old it is and how fast it grows. I read that they can reach 18 inches in diameter. It's about 9 inches in diameter right now.

Sandra- Is it true that this plant dies after it flowers? I read that some where.
