Hopefully we'll have a week of summer and they'll ripen off. Hmmm? Maybe it's green tomato chutney or the window sill for these.

I've picked all my tomatoes of my plants now & put them on trays in the kitchen, it's supprising they have only been there a couple of days & are already going red.

I was telling my neighbour, Napoleons' mum, that tomatoes are really fruits and not vegetables - and then we got sidetracked into other veg/fruits - i.e. when is a fruit a fruit and when is a veg a veg?? Cos of the seeds - right? She was not going to be convinced, so then she says, well about aubergines, zucchini and endless other "seedy veg" - can you experts help me please ????
