The Lysimachia punctata had spread too far, so I spent this afternoon digging out roots and planting Echinacea 'Sunrise', Rudbeckia 'Goldsturm' from the back garden, and one Salvia (the other lost one will join it if it turns up!) I expect some of the Lysimachia to pop up, I didn't want to lose it all.

Thanks - I am expecting the Lysimachia to fill it up, Jacque, but if it doesn't, I have some Veronicas that need a home and some grasses too. Don't forget that I have been cutting back my perennials to the ground. That's why my borders have big (mulched) gaps in them!

Yes ! iv been cutting& divideing lots of my own Plantings Spritz it does look empty when theyv had a tidy up doesnt it :D

Certainly does, Jacque. I planted more bulbs this afternoon but you wouldn't be able to tell! LOL. Maybe there's a market for little pictures of what's been planted (on sticks) so you can see what the border will look like in the spring! Shall we go into business??? Are you up for it?
