Fuchsia procumbens - berries

Being a specie fuchsia, this one sets berries pretty well

I don't think there is a secret - mine just grows! Initially I planted it in full sun but now it is in a fairly shady spot; it was happy in both positions. I just give it a trim in early spring, reducing off the long straggly bits but other than that, it gets no attention at all
