Furry flowers on fence

what a beautiful flower! How tall are them?

Hi Aleyna - these are goroing all along a fence that you will see another photo - it's so strange as some of them are all furry and fluffy

Does the plumage detach from the flowers and blow with the wind or it keeps attached to the flower and shrink?
We have some similar here, but much smaller than these ones... the plumage dettach and they all blow with the wind... kids call them parachutes :)
