Winter grass

This is one of the new beds that last year had potatoes in it and has had grasses and molina in it since autumn. In spring we hope a host of tulips will burst forth from it and then we want to put in some chocolate cosmos and dark scabiosa that we have been growing since last year, for the summer - hoping this will contrast well with the grasses, which are stipa tenuissima, stipa gigantea and carex (buchananii?)
