Hey, whatever works! I see bottles like this on people's lawns, to keep animals from deficating on them. Is that what this is for? I've been told that that is an old wives tale.

No, it is an enlargement from my previous pic (of the garden behind the public toilets that someone was trying to establish). I guess someone thought it was a joke to keep taking the water that they left for the plants :-)
