Chrysanthemums in the Greenhouse

Very nice, after over 20 years of not working with them everyday I can finally appreciate their beauty. "Mums" are inexpensive and very available here so all florists use them a lot!

I'm with you Wohlibuli! Once had to make a gypsy caravan out of mums (complete with horse) for a funeral.

OMG That is so funny ....now of course, not at the time. The most laughs we ever got out of a funeral request was when a women brought in a big plastic telephone and wanted a casket spray made with it, including a ribbon saying "Jesus called... Grandma answered"! I kid you not!
Now before everyone jumps on me for not respecting their grief, I have to say you just have to laugh at life sometimes!

I love that! Really, it was hard to keep a straight face with some of the requests!

as a funeral arranger i've seen my fair share of the good the bad and the odd but that has got to be one of the best/ funniest things i've ever heard!
