Blue Jasmin

These flowers are the light spots in the bushes back in the picture of the building entrance.

Looks like Phlox, I'm guessing. :-)

I found out the name, is called blue-jasmin or "dentilária" in portuguese. The botanical name is Plumbago auriculata.
