Taking over the wall at the top of the drive-way. Shall have to cut it back a bit as it is smothering the Winter Jasmine.

I,m with you Ams .... we had one on our front wall it grew so quickly hubby was always clambering up to the gutters to cut it down , we decided enough was enough and last autumn we cut it down , it was like a tree trunk and very difficult to prise off the wall , we have now put a nice frame up and put a climbing Rose in so hopefully this summer it should start to grow to cover it .
I do like the leaves and it,s fine if it,s not on the house !

Oh, dear ladies what have I done? It was only 3 inches high 15 years ago! Help, help - I think it's tapping at the patio window and it's 6' away from the house and...argh...

Ha...I don’t think Amy or I are going to persuade you to keep it.

gerrrrrr......ivy. After spending 13 years trimming back my ivy I decided to kill it off last summer, several days later I managed to burst a blood vessel in my eye from chopping long and hard with an axe while bending over. Lesson to learn here Magnoliatree.
i refuse to tick I like this photo because I am emotionally damaged.... ;-)
