Is this the smaller variety & how do you over winter them?

No, this isn't a smaller variety, it is huge. This was taken at the Ventnor Botanical Gardens and they manage to overwinter plants we can only imagine may be possible. You may be ok in Oxfordshire, I have a white one in a pot which I take into the greenhouse at the moment and I am on the Isle of Wight.
