These and the Ravens, never a day of rest, it's freezing cold and here she is, foraging around for food.

They don't seem to hard off. They are singing at each sunrise in the big tree. They eat a little more but not bad. These and raven, amazing right now.

Such an appealing little bird. Only ever heard the name in the context of W.C. Fields and Mae West. Wot? I can hear a lot of people saying Who?

lol....Bonkers. I only have out sunflower seeds, the chickadees love it. I'm thinking of putting out a feeding table just below this to draw other birds, see if I can't get some redpoll at least. I'm avoiding drawing squirrels. They are hybernating right now, but you can really get a squirrel problem easily here. They tend to eat up the house insulation. They're very territorial as well, really noisy! We've a fiesty sort up here.

Oh poor little thing. They must go through a lot of seed at those temperatures GT. Just to stay warm.
