Took a pic of this plant at my brother's place, it has lovely small purplish flowers all blooming. Sorry have to find out the name for this.

The colour is fab. Where are the stamen?

Thanks Oldgunner, this is all it is to the flower, I don't know how to describe this but its something similar to an allamander, where its hollowed in the centre of the flower.
