Rainbow Lorikeet

Yes they are absolutely gorgeous birds aren't they? Rather noisy when they get together in the tree though - this one was on its own this morning (the others must have been sleeping in!)

Thanks Jacque. I think I promised you a photo of the Pale-faced Rosella but I haven't been able to take a photo of one yet (they haven't been coming in close to the property), so here's the Rainbow Lorikeet for now!
