This looks more like a type of sansevieria than a cactus to me - and the mature ones get small fragrant greenish-white flower blooms in spring followed by orange berries.

Thanks for your inputs. I managed to find out it's a Sansevieria Singularis :) I had associated all Sansevieria with the 'Mother-in-law tongue' kind of look.

Hi all, this plant (looks like a cactus to me) is supposed to have fragrant flowers (I think white/ yellow).
Does anyone know the name of this plant? It has not flowered since 2004.
