....pondering.....'think a few hanging baskets on those columns would make it pretty'......ha! This was taken in Athens at the Acropolis.

Ahh, it was lovely. This was in July 2003. We were actually on our honeymoon cruise around the Greek Islands and stopped off in Athens. Our Taxi Driver's dad was one of the security guards at the Acropolis and said he would hang around chatting to his dad whilst we had a wander around then take us back to the ship We passed some of the Olympic structures the Greeks were building as well on the way to the Acropolis. We love the Greek Islands and would happily move there without a 2nd thought. Rhodes is our fav! The plants are so colourful, but the watering can would be worn out with all the extra water the plants need in all that heat!
