This photo is of "Evolvulus glomeratus - Blue Daze" in Autumn's garden
This looks very much like Evolvulus Pilosus or what we call Blue Eyes or Blue Sapphire. I have a few hanging baskets with this and they make a colourful sight with their lovely blue flowers. Very hardy and lasts for a few years.
