Balsam

Balsam is one of my favourites - what colour flowers do you get on this one? I have quite a few ranging from very light pink through to dark red and orange.

Red is one of the colours, though i hope to see other colours. The packet of seeds i bought indicates various colours, but you never know until the flowers open ....

Is orange a common colour in balsams ? I haven't seen any yet.

I like balsams too. Coz they take only 2 months to bloom.

No Autumn I don't think orange is very common but I do spot it in the nursery occasionally - never grown it from seeds. The one I have is an orange with little white streaks - can be seen in my photos.

hmmmm, will keep my eyes open the next time I visit the nursery :)
