Iv never seen 1of these b4 Autumn ? He looks a bit like our Water Hens here in UK :)

These are PLENTIFUL here .... And they dig up the seeds we plant ..... They spy on us when we do our planting and when we are done, they take over and feast ....

Naughty mynas! But better than crows rummaging the dustbin for food..crows are fierce..I'm scared of them..one took off with my burger in hand before..and left a scratch on my fingers...scary

Talking about crows, I was walking past the Indian temple just now, and a crow came so near me and frightened me badly.... scary eyes and scary beak ... I dashed off quickly and held on tight to my umbrella ... weapon just in case.

My head was turned, not in its direction just for a few seconds... I was holding on to a half eaten burger when the crow suddenly scooped down and took off with my burger. I was too shocked to react. After it scratched me, my burger dropped on the floor and he took it. Crow has been known to attack old people and young kids. Maybe cos its nest was nearby.

It must be really hungry ...
