Yes, I agree, Sandra! beautiful plumage! Just look at those lovely tail feathers and a colourful comb and wattle! I've been talking to Lindak about chooks...she had banties..and has been telling me about them.
I've been hankering for a "free range" egg! My mom kept chickens when I was small...until a leghorn rooster attacked me when I was collecting eggs!! (I was 4 at the time!)
