The seed head of Blue star

I was amazed twice, at first to see a seed head, and second, the head cracked,
The seed head is very long compared to a flower size, so I think the head has a lots of seeds. Seeing the cracked head first, I found that the plants produce long seed heads to bear many seeds with long fluff.
