I stepped back to look at my handy work and went flying over the bird bath. Some cracking bruises.

All part of the fun. I won't do it again that's for sure! I'm going a bit crazy with buying bulbs and seeds. Bought 5 rose bushes now - too good a bargain to miss. It's becoming an addiction!! Luckily my toddler loves the garden and screams when we have to come in. Just need a pair of eyes in the back of my head and life will be much easier. Think that shed needs a painting. My partner had the jet wash a bit high and created an interesting design!

The shed is a great feature though. I think everyone on GOY knows about how addictive gardening can become. This site can also become a bit addictive - so much to see and learn.

I like the idea of the stone area, but not sure about the crazy paving; Looks a bit dated 1970's sort of thing. You can see where it is all green to the left where it tends to flood. Thought about putting one of those stone circles there instead, but can only do so much at a time (the flat ones, not stone henge)!

Well it was a bird bath (sorry I hadn't got to this photo yet) and yes those steps do lead somewhere interesting. You have a very exciting garden space to work with here. Can't wait to see what you are going to do next. Hope there won't be too many more bruises.
