Wow! that colour! but so delicate a flower, its like a water colour painting> Id love to have some but it looks like something that likes light well drained soil?

Thanks for all of your lovey comments :))) I like it too, looks like a poppy to me :0 I'm not sure if the edges came out like that or if something's been eating it, lol. Either way looks good to me :)
Mageth- I honestly did nothing special to my soil. You could also try them in a pot :)
