Beautiful plants. These plants at Wisley are something else aren't they Arlene? A Cornish plantswoman told me once that there is a scented yellow clivia that was bred in S. Africa, Kirstenbosch Gardens maybe, perhaps someone knows about this?

~went to Kirsenbosch when we were in Capetown and don''t remember seeing a scented Clivia but there are quite a few Clivia sites on the web so will have a look! got some lovely alpines for a Belfast sink and a book that tells you how to get it looking like old stone~wish me luck!

I'm posting a short blog with a couple of pics taken from a RHS booklet which shows a couple of ways to cover containers. It may be that you already have this information but if not it may give you another couple of choices. Hope it is of use.

This is lovely - I've only seen orange ones before and it has such a large spray of flowers.
