Aloe vera flower spike

Lovely thing. Does it branch out and open up like agave?

Jeff's aunt gave me a clump from hers last year. I potted it up and it's already out grown its pot and looking a little sad at the moment. Are you asking about the flower spike or the plant itself GT?

GT- They don't branch out, the flower just opens up on the stalk...eventually!
