Awwww, commiserations Daftplanter. Maybe you'll have to revert to buying plugs from somewhere. I use "froogle" for all my internet purchases. Thanks for the luck, I'll prob. need it!! :-) (btw, I put the propagator in the airing cupboard for a few days, then they came up, much to my amazement!)
Thanks Irish, I'm chuffed! If they hadn't worked, I wouldn't be so bitten by the seeds bug as I am now!

Don't give up yet Daftplanter. Mine took forever to germinate too but they all came up eventually.
You should get a good crop from these Craftnutter.

Clarice, maybe yours will catch up?
Oooh, looking forward to a good crop then! I spend a small fortune on tomatoes from Sainsbury's, so hoping to maybe save a bit of money....
I'll have to save a tomato for its seeds and hopefully use those for next year, if I like the taste of them.
Jacque, you're lucky!

Wonderful! This is encouraging - we usually buy seedlings for transplanting, but we'll try seeds this year. They taste so much better from the garden, don't they?

Thanks Elke! I'm looking forward to eating my first tomato.......!! But the real thrill was seeing the seeds germinate!
