yes Tasteq, they are currently unripe. In the fall, they will become beige, and brittle. They then self-split, only to spill their seed and reproduce. If anyone wants some seeds, keep my email. In the fall, remember to email me and ask, I'll send you some. It makes a great bonsai you can keep indoors up north, or a small tree down here in South florida :0
