New allotment Spring 09.

Great looking allotment.

Thanks Janette. I've been pretty quiet on the GOY site recently but have nevertheless been giving a lot of time to the development of my new allotment. I have ended up with 10 large and 3 small raised beds, a fruit cage [4m x 2m] and a potato 'Hotbox'. So far the autumn sown broad beans are looking strong as are the garlic and onion bulbs.I was able to get hold of a load of farmyard [cow] manure delivered in January and hopefully this should mix in well with the heavy clay based soil for many of the veg crops. [Fingers crossed]

Lovely to see such a well kept allotment-good eating!
