We grew this also this year, I read that you can cook the leaf like spinach or just eat in a salad, and cook the stalk like asparagus. So I tried it. I sauteed the leafs in olive oil and fresh garlic, and then steamed the stalks. It was really quite tasty. I also have just torn up leaves and added to mixed salad greens.
