LOCK UP YOU CAR?

This was taken in Amsterdam over Easter. At first I thought it was a Smart Car but it was much narrower, it can just take 2 people. Take a look at the bicycle lock on the car to the left attatched to the post. At first I thought it was a lock left there but no it was attaached to the car.
You can't be too carefull :o(
