summer 2007 passion flower over fench trying to get strawberries away from slugs growing in a hangingbasket very good crop

hi sid had loads of strawberries only one i had for my two kids had the rest hope to have some more this year all the best

I like the combination - containers and vine weevil are the menace though - just have to keep a vigilant eye

Did the strawberries do well in the basket? How many plants did you get in there? I've had to give up growing strawberries in ground or pots because they kept getting destroyed by vine weevils - pesky blighters. :-( Maybe this is the answer?
