Thanks for the name Spitz' I bought it about 14 years ago no label, never seen it since in a garden Centre, I just identified it from the books.
The origional grew to a good size then died. Thankfully I had taken a few cuttings of which only this one pulled through, so had better take some more cuttings now, in case the same thing happens again.
Reading up on your profile, we are quite simular, retired, large garden plenty of work, but love every minute of it. The only difference is I dont committ my self to the open days, although love having village functions etc in the garden so that others can enjoy our labours. We built our new house when we retired 18 years ago on a clean field site, no undulations so made seperate rooms to creat interest. Only hope at our age we can manage it for a few more years!

Oh,yes - I do hope so, Telme! I really enjoy being retired.
I'm pleased that I was able to help with your shrub!

I think yours is the 'Citrina' one - mine is a brighter yellow. Good shrubs, arent they!
